How to prevent Cancer:

  • There is no definite means of preventing cancer if one is destined to get it. But following measures are most likely to help.
  • Lead a clean, relaxed and regular life style with "moderation" as the keyword in all aspects of life.
  • Consult a surgeon for circumcision for all male children. Train your children to keep the genitals and himself clean.
  • Tobacco chewing or smoking are definitely carcinogenic. Your doctor will help you to get out of the addiction.
  • Highly spiced food, over-roasted food, red meat, alcohol on empty stomach, are better avoided.
  • Ensure timely meals, without too much spices, with plenty of fresh vegetables and fibres and fruits, so that bowels would move regularly.
  • When there is any suspicion of early signs of cancer, dont't postpone seeing your medical consultant.
  • Regular yearly check up in a cancer detection centre is strongly recommended to those over 40 years.
